This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, processed, and safeguarded when you access www.dragonkinstudios.com, interact with our online services, or play video games published by Dragonkin Studios S.r.l.

The legal entity responsible for the processing of your personal data is:

2. Categories of Personal Data Collected

Depending on how you interact with our studio and software, we collect and process the following data:

A. Information Voluntarily Provided via the Website

  • Inquiries & Support Requests: First name, last name, email address, and any information submitted through our contact form.
  • Newsletter & Announcements: Email address and name collected upon voluntary subscription to receive product announcements and studio updates.

B. In-Game Technical Diagnostics ("Bug Reporter")

When you voluntarily use the built-in bug reporting tool within our games, the following technical diagnostics are transmitted:

  • Hardware & System Metadata: OS version, GPU model, system RAM, display resolution, game build identifier, and active level/scene.
  • Engine Runtime Logs (Player.log): Technical diagnostic console logs produced by Unity detailing error stack traces. Client-side automated sanitization is applied prior to upload to mask local operating system paths that could contain your personal OS username (e.g., replaced with [PLAYER]).
  • Gameplay Screenshots: An in-game screenshot captured at the time of submission to give visual context to the reported problem.
  • Game Save States: A snapshot of your local game progression state strictly necessary for developers to reproduce and isolate the glitch.
  • IP Address: Processed in transit by network infrastructure (Cloudflare) to deliver data packets securely and filter out abusive denial-of-service traffic.

C. Mobile Games & Advertising Identifiers

In ad-supported mobile titles, we and authorized third-party ad networks (Google AdMob) may collect unique device advertising identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID, Apple IDFA), app usage metrics, IP addresses, and coarse non-precise geolocation (country or city level) to deliver relevant in-game advertising.

Our games are distributed through third-party digital storefronts and marketplaces, including:

Financial & Billing Data: Dragonkin Studios S.r.l. does not collect, process, or store credit card numbers, bank account details, or billing addresses.
